Reprinting Documents
When you are in the Dispatch Viewer, you will need to change the filters so that your print job will show up. You can change the Type to Print to filter out other jobs. Also, be sure to filter based on the correct date range as well. Once you are finished, be sure to click the Search button. Then all of the print jobs that fit your search will show up:
Find the job you would like to send to the printer again. Note that you can reprint multiple documents at once by selecting multiple print jobs (press and hold the CTRL key while clicking each document). Right-click on any of the selected documents and click Resend Print.
When you try to print again, you will get a message that asks if you want to select a new printer. Click Yes to select a new printer, or click No to print to the default printer.
If you are printing to a new printer, the Reprint Options window will pop up. Select “Yes” if you would like to select a printer to reprint to. Select “No” if you want to reprint to the original printer. Be sure that the print job is checked, and select the printer you would like to print to from the dropdown menu. When you are done, click Print.
Now the document should be reprinted! If you would like to make sure the print was successful, you can view the success status at any time from the Dispatch Viewer.
